(Washington, DC) Congressman Dutch Ruppersberger today was unanimously elected the new Chairman of the United States Naval Academy Board of Visitors by his colleagues. Congressman Ruppersberger, a Defense Appropriator, has served on the Board since 2009 and has served as the Board’s Vice Chair since April 2019.
