Protecting Our Children from Internet Predators

Congressman Ruppersberger cosponsored legislation that will help protect children from Internet predators. The bill creates a new federal offense for people who knowingly engage in a financial transaction that facilitates access to child porn, strengthens protection for child witnesses and victims and increases maximum penalties in cases where the victims are especially young.
