Congressman Ruppersberger is Concerned by New Coast Guard Report Critical of LNG Security Plan
AES Corporation wants to build a Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) terminal in Sparrows Point. The Coast Guard report found that AES does not have a security plan, does not appear to be taking security seriously, and assumes the Coast Guard will handle security at taxpayer expense.
