Congressman Ruppersberger receives the prestigious 2006 Navigator Award from the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies for his work in the intelligence community. Congressman Ruppersberger serves on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, is co-chair of the Port Security Caucus, and represents Maryland’s 2nd Congressional District which includes the National Security Agency at Fort Meade, Aberdeen Proving Ground, the Port of Baltimore, the Coast Guard Yard at Curtis Bay, and BWI-Thurgood Marshall Airport.
